Girl Power Digital Day Dream

On Wednesday, November 18 at 6:00 pm EST, Athletes For Hope athletes will participate in a Girl Power Digital Day Dream with kids referred to Dream On 3 from partnering organizations such as Special Olympics, the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte, Inova Children’s Hospital in Northern VA, and Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

The Digital Day Dream will be conducted via Zoom and will provide the participants with an opportunity to ask AFH member athletes, soccer player, Allyssa Naeher, and rugby player, Stephanie Rovetti, questions and play an exciting game of online Jeopardy. WBTV News anchor, Molly Grantham, will host the virtual event. The Digital Day Dream will be simulcast live on Dream On 3’s Facebook page. For more information: www.dreamon3.org

Dream On 3 (DO3) is a nonprofit organization, founded in 2012, that makes dreams come true by creating customized, personal experience with a favorite athlete, sporting event, or sports team. DO3 serves children ages 5-21 who are living with chronic illnesses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or life-altering conditions. 

The organization has received overwhelming support from the healthcare community, collegiate and professional sports communities, plus other national organizations for their focus on this specific population of children with special needs. Current locations: Carolinas, Metro Atlanta, and DC Metro.
