Courage in Motion with AU Athletes
Get Moving with American University Athletes! Grace Koepke (AU Basketball), Deirdre Brown (AU Lacrosse), and Greg Jones (AU Basketball) are here to get you up and moving! Follow along as they teach you three exercises every athlete uses to warm up: arm circles, forward lunges, and inchworms. Then hear what this month’s CHAMPS word, Courage, means to each of them, from trying something new to speaking up when it counts. Grab some space, give it your best, and show some courage of your own!
