On-Demand Courage Video #1
Pro soccer player Megan Montefusco gives a lesson on Courage, sharing why it’s important in her life and how it helps with her mental health and leadership skills. Four other athletes will guide students in four exercises: shoulder blasts (aka arm circles), squats, jumping jacks and froggies.

On-Demand Strength Video #1
Professional soccer player Sierra Enge shares what Strength means to her and how she practices it in different aspects of her life. She shares a story about how she showed Strength while learning to ride a bike and how Strength relates to leadership and mental health. AFH Athletes also share four exercises for your students to move with: arm circles, split squats, inch worms and scissor kicks!
