Athletes for Hope Partners with Spartan Kids Foundation to Bring CHAMPS Students to Spartan Races in Boston & Anaheim
Athletes for Hope is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Spartan Kids Foundation to provide free tickets to upcoming Spartan races for students in our CHAMPS schools in Anaheim and Boston. Thanks to the generosity and support of the Spartan Kids Foundation, kids will have the opportunity to run, jump and climb while conquering epic obstacles that celebrate resilience, physical activity, and community. Beyond experiencing the fun and excitement of the races, finishers will receive a medal and t-shirt.
This collaboration reflects our shared mission to empower youth through movement and mental wellbeing. The Spartan race experience will not only give students the chance to challenge themselves physically but also to build confidence and teamwork, core values of the CHAMPS program.
“We’re so grateful to the Spartan Kids Foundation for opening the door to this opportunity,” said Kendra Coleman, AFH CHAMPS Program Manager. “The CHAMPS program is all about building the next generation of leaders through physical activity and mental wellness. This partnership is a perfect extension of that mission.”
AFH Athletes are also gearing up to attend the races, where they’ll cheer on students, engage with families, and share words of encouragement and support. Their presence will serve as a powerful reminder to CHAMPS students that they are seen, supported, and capable of achieving great things, on and off the course.
”Spartan’s mission is to help people live without limits. Our training and race events can help everyone develop the physical and mental strength to take on all of life’s challenges with an unbreakable spirit,” said Alfred Schreiber, Co-founder and General Manager, Spartan Kids Foundation. “We are excited to be partnering with Athletes For Hope since our missions are so well aligned.”
Together, we’re building more than strong athletes – we’re building strong kids.
