BIOGRAPHY

Travis Miller grew up playing in baseball in Arlington, Texas. His promising career looked like it might be cut short at only fifteen, as he battled with Guillian-Barre syndrome, but Travis recovered and returned to the diamond. He led Martin High School to the state championship and then Dallas Baptist University to the NAIA College World Series before being drafted by the Tampa Devil Rays in 1997. Having finished his baseball career, Travis now holds a master’s degree in organizational management and works in the Arlington community.
