BIOGRAPHY

Tim Stauffer graduated from Saratoga Central Catholic High School in Saratoga Springs, New York in 2000 after leading the Spa Catholic Saints to the 2000 NYS Class C championship game. Tim Stauffer then went on to pitch for the University of Richmond becoming one of the best pitchers in school history. He was drafted after his junior season by the San Diego Padres as the number 4 overall pick in the 2003 MLB draft. Stauffer made his debut on May 11, 2005 against the Cincinnati Reds.
