New York Red Bulls Player, Seth Stammler, Hosts 3rd Annual Billiards Night FundraiserOn Monday night, Seth Stammler, New York Red Bulls Player and founder of the Sporting Chance Foundation, hosted the third annual Billiards Night Fundraiser in New York City. The night’s festivities included pool competitions, skill challenges, a silent auction, and even interacting with Red Bull players. There was even a chance for one lucky guest to challenge their favorite player in a game of pool. Proceeds from the fundraiser benefit two primary initiatives of Sporting Chance Foundation, providing educational scholarships and building community water wells in Haiti. About Sporting Chance Foundation Sporting Chance Foundation was founded in 2007 by Seth Stammler of the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer. After a philanthropic trip to Haiti, he witnessed and experienced the unfortunate environment that is Haiti today. After witnessing the struggle for some of the most basic necessities, Stammler made the decision to pursue water wells as one of the primary initiatives of Sporting Chance Foundation. Using trusted sources in Haiti, Sporting Chance will research and build wells in the most accessible locations throughout Haiti. Once built these wells will be maintained and cared for by the individuals who use them. Click here to visit Sporting Chance Foundation |
