ATP Tennis Player, Scoville Jenkins, visits the Egelston Children’s Hospital
A professional tennis player’s schedule includes constant travel at a hectic pace and a substantial time commitment. But for Atlanta native Scoville Jenkins, the requirements of his career are not going to keep him from playing an active role in his community. On Friday, May 1st, 2009 Scoville, who is a member of the ATP tour, visited the Egelston Children’s Hospital for an afternoon to meet the younger patients and to learn more about the hospital. To the delight of all of the attendees, Scoville participated in a Wii tennis tournament that consisted of several hard fought matches with a handful of the patients currently residing in the hospital.

Tournaments and other tennis obligations take Scoville to Europe for the next few months. However, upon his return Scoville looks forward to revisiting his newest fans at the Egelston Children’s Hospital.
