Kristine Lilly

BIOGRAPHY

Kristine Marie Lilly grew up in Wilton, Connecticut and attended Wilton High School. She went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she won the Hermann Trophy in 1991. She has been a fixture on the U.S. women's national team since 1987. Kristine now lives in Brookline, Massachusetts where she is married to Brookline firefighter David Heavey, a former hockey and golf star at the University of Connecticut. Lilly gave birth to daughter Sidney Marie Heavey on July 22, 2008.
