BIOGRAPHY

Katie Futcher was born in Houston, Texas and learned to play golf when she was 14. Katie attended Penn State, where she studied nutrition and graduated in 2003. A three-time Academic All-American, she turned professional in 2003 and qualified for the Tour on her second attempt

Athletic Achievements

• Member of the US National Team that won the 2004 World University Golf Championship in Thailand
• 2002 and 2003 NCAA All-American
• Named Big-Ten All-Conference twice during her college career
