Jordan James
BIOGRAPHY
Jordan James was born in Syracuse, New York. He attended St. Lawrence University in New York. There, his time in goal helped lead the Saints to two Liberty League titles. As a collegiate, he recorded 24 career shutouts and earned First Team All-Liberty League honors. After college, he joined the Wilmington Hammerheads of the USL Second Division. In 2005, he led the league with only nine goals allowed. The following year, he joined the Cincinnati Kings. There he earned Second Team All-League honors and eight shutouts. James played for the MLS Houston Dynamo in 2007. He appeared in two games as the Dynamo captured the MLS Cup Championship. Last season he started three games for the Portland Timbers of the USL First Division. Along with his playing experience, James has also been an assistant coach at St. Lawrence University, the University of Cincinnati, and San Jacinto College.
