Jonathan Spector

BIOGRAPHY

Jonathan Spector was born in 1986 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. After playing his youth soccer in Illinois, Jonathan graduated from Bradenton Academy (FL) in 2003. At the age of seventeen, he then signed with and played for Manchester United of the English Premier League, before going on loan to Charlton Athletic. He currently plays in the same league for West Ham United and has made appearances with the US National Team.

Athletic Achievements
  • Played for the US National Team that defeated Mexico in the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final
  • Played on the US Under-17 team in the 2003 World Championship and Under-20 team in the 2005 FIFA Youth World Championship
  • Made his 2003 Manchester United Debut against Arsenal, in a FA Community Shield match
