Jill Gilbeau helps The Washington D.C. Humane SocietyOn Friday, June 26th, Jill Gilbeau of the Washington Freedom spent the afternoon at the Liason Hotel assisting the Washington D.C. Humane Society find homes for area dogs and cats. Jill, who was accompanied by her own dog, interacted with the animals, met humane society supporters, and helped the humane society facilitate one if its first summer adoption events of the season. Jill will continue to learn more about the DC Humane Society in the coming weeks as she is already scheduled for a shelter visit and volunteer orientation.
