Jerrit Thayer of the USL Wilmington Hammerheads Spends the Day with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity

After relocating to North Carolina to join the Wilmington Hammerheads, Jerrit wasted no time in getting involved with his new community. On Saturday, Jerrit attended a Habitat for Humanity work day with a group of local volunteers. They spent the day sheathing the roof of a house sponsored by the New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Jeritt had a fantastic time and hopes to get out again next week, and continue throughout the season.
