Beach Volleyball Pro Jeff Carlucci Visits the Huntington Beach Boys and Girls Club

This Tuesday, Volleyball Professional Jeff Carlucci hit with over 150 club members from the Huntington Beach Boys and Girls Club. As the MVP of his Beach Volleyball Pro League and a junior Olympian, Carlucci knows the importance of sportsmanship and following the rules of the game, and before he started his clinic he spoke to the kids about the sport, the importance of having fun, and always being a good sport.

During the volleyball clinic, Jeff taught the basics of the game, played a few games, and had the opportunity to hang out with the club members off the court. Afterwards, Jeff signed AVP trading cards for every single club member. Both Carlucci and the kids had a great time, and look forward to his next visit!

Serving hundreds of children in the area, the Boys and Girls Club of Huntington Beach is one of a network of clubs in the Huntington Valley region, the largest provider of youth related services in the community. Started in 1967, the clubs offer day-care for all ages, after-school activities, and a summer day camp that includes everything from karate to flag football to voice lessons.
