On Wednesday, October 8, 2008, The Jeff Gordon Foundation will host “A Hero’s Journey” a day-long event presented by Pacific Technical Resources, Inc. and benefiting the Hendrick Marrow Program. The Hendrick Marrow Program works in collaboration with The Marrow Foundation to increase access to transplantation by promoting donor recruitment and providing patient assistance to hundreds of children and their families.

This year’s Charlotte event will be set in ancient Greece. “The Games” will take place on Wednesday morning at Victory Lane Karting where teams will take to the track for a fast-paced go-kart challenge against four-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Jeff Gordon! Later that evening guests will join Jeff “The Festival” at the Westin in Charlotte, enjoying a cocktail reception, sumptuous dinner and an exciting live auction!
