Etan & Bank of America bowls for Junior Achievement

Exchanging his basketball for a bowling ball, Etan Thomas hit the lanes to support the National Capital Area Junior Achievement Affiliate. Volunteering with Bank of America employees and family members, Etan helped raise funds by throwing strikes and in spares at the Gaithersburg Bowl America in the name of Junior Achievement - the world’s largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. In the Washington D.C. area, JA’s local student reach has grown from 16,500 young people in 2001-2002 to almost 40,000 in 2007-2008. Etan had a wonderful time with participants and looks forward to next year’s bowl-a-thon!
