Etan Thomas Celebrates Father’s Day at the White House

In celebration of father’s day, Etan Thomas took part in unique event at the White House. As a means to spark a national conversation on the subject, President Obama invited a very special group of fathers and mentors to discuss the role of fathers in today’s society and to discuss what fathers are doing to strengthen themselves, their families, and their communities. Etan had a very special role at the event as one of five selected, outstanding fathers who addressed the White House audience that morning during the town hall meeting. Athletes for Hope founders Tony Hawk and Alonzo Mourning also joined part in the festivities.
