Etan Thomas Congratulates Black History Month Poetry Contest Winners

In collaboration with Amtrak and the Washington Wizards, Etan Thomas hosted the winners of the Amtrak Black History Month Poetry Contest Winners. The three winners – one from elementary school, one from middle school, and one from high school – and their families met with Etan, took photos, signed autographs, and discussed their winning poetry submissions. In addition to meeting with Etan, the winners received Wizards tickets, Amtrak tickets, met Chasity Melvin of the Washington Mystics, and will participate in on-court presentation during a Wizards game.
