BIOGRAPHY

Emily Janss was born in Brandon Florida and attended the University of Maryland. Emily was drafted by the New York Power of the WUSA where she was their second leading scorer in 2002. She won a W-League Championship with the Washington Freedom of the WUSA. Emily currently plays midfielder for the Washington Freedom.

  • Named to the 50th Anniversary All-ACC soccer team in 2002
  • All-ACC Team in 1997, 1998 and 1999
  • 1996 Soccer Buzz Freshman All-American
