September 20, 2008 - Chris Rolfe of the Chicago Fire Helps KaBOOM Build a Playground for Chicago's Youth

On Saturday, Chris Rolfe left his Chicago Fire practice as usual, but then he did something different. Chris headed over to a KaBOOM playground site and jumped right into the building work there. Chris arrived in the midst of all the hard work and stayed until the playground was complete.

Chris is hoping to help out with many other KaBOOM builds as they get scheduled around the Chicago area, helping bring KaBOOM's mission of building a place to play within walking distance of every child.
