January 2008 - US Soccer’s Cat Whitehill Joins the SPCA of Wake County

University of North Carolina standout and US Women’s Soccer Team Member Cat Whitehill has teamed up with the SPCA of Wake County to help the homeless pets of the area. Cat and her husband rescued their own dog, Izzy, while out in California and she has been eager to get involved in North Carolina. Athletes for Hope connected Cat with the SPCA of Wake County and is excited about the possibilities of their partnership.
