Brittany Hochevar

BIOGRAPHY

Brittany Hochevar was born on May 26, 1981. She attended Long Beach State where she was a three-time all-Big West honoree and a second-team All-American her senior season. At the end of her career at LBSU she was ranked in the top 10 in career aces, assists, digs and block assists. Brittany graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing. She currently plays on the AVP Tour and has spent time playing professionally in Puerto Rico, Spain and Turkey.

Her dad, Brian, played for the Denver Nuggets and coached college baseball. Her mom, Carmen, played Division II volleyball and basketball at Southern Colorado. She has two brothers, Luke, a pitcher formerly on the University of Tennessee baseball team and currently in the K.C. Royals' minor league system, and Dylan, a three-sport high school athlete.
