BIOGRAPHY

Allison Baver was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, and attended Penn State University where she majored in marketing and management. She continued her studies and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

Baver took up speedskating during her junior year of high school and became a member of the U.S. short track speedskating squad in 2002. She has competed in the 2002, 2006 and 2010 Olympic Games. Her greatest speedskating accomplishment thus far, was taking home the Bronze medal in the 3,000 meter relay in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
