Muhammad Ali and his wife, Lonnie, visited the Milwaukee Brewers on March 9, 2011, at their spring training complex in Phoenix, Arizona. The Ali’s were a part of an Athlete Education Presentation to the Brewers where they heard about the mission, focus, and benefits of Athletes for Hope; click here for the article. Lonnie took the time to speak to a local reporter, explaining the benefits of Athletes for Hope not only for the athlete, but their local community as well. If you take 90 seconds, you can hear Lonnie speak firsthand about the benefits of AFH and how athletes can inspire service within their own communities by passing the passion.
